Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By requesting services from Septic Tank Miami LLC, you agree to these terms. All services are performed in accordance with Miami-Dade County codes and regulations. We are licensed (License #CFC1425813) and fully insured.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during service. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

Warranty

All repairs include a warranty on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. New installations include manufacturer warranties on all components. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service at no charge with at least 24 hours notice. Emergency service calls that are cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a trip charge.

Limitation of Liability

Septic Tank Miami LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
